We develop designs & use constructions techniques which are innovative for your new or rehabilitated buildings.   We do extensive research to use in our design, and construction sustainable methods and materials.  We utilize state of the art technologies to safe you money by creating energy efficient-healthy sustainable building systems.  We apply for your LEED (Leadership in Energy Efficient Design) certification, which in turn provide tax rebates.

We calculate the energy/water efficiency for your home or business, generating a study which will include existing/proposed landscaping water demands, shading hardscapes, surface water management, pest control alternatives, water reuse, and irrigation system management. We survey your building for indoor environmental quality such as, water use, combustion venting, humidity control, outdoor air ventilation, local exhaust, supply air distribution, and filtration, contaminant, radon testing, vehicle emissions, insulation, window insulation, duct tightness, space heating and cooling, water heating, lighting and appliances efficiency, including AC.  We take the data and propose the latest green design techniques to create energy efficiency, sustainability, renewable resources for your home
or business.

We manage, or build your project from design to completion. We create the building plans, specifications and material documentation, research/implement building codes,  procure building permits, request bids from subcontractors, draw up contracts, hire/manage subcontractors,  site and materials.  We finalize with the final punch list items, we are there to make sure every detail is perfect and we are there for the final building inspections until the town or city issues the CO (Certificate of Occupancy).
